A Great Quarter

The fall quarter is finally coming to an end and it has been one of the most challenging and intriguing quarters yet. I started off my quarter knowing that I will really like the class about R and that was it. Now, I am confident in saying that the class has been one of the most engaging classes for me yet and other classes too were challenging and I got to learn a lot of new stuff this quarter.

In addition to the personal project, I also finished a group project based on R and Shiny about the world education which I proudly presented today to fellow classmates and the professor. The link to the shiny app is at the bottom of the post.

At present, I am looking forward to becoming a MATLAB geek due to four different classes based on MATLAB that I am going to take next quarter. One thing that has got me excited about the same is that I can do complex variables calculation in MATLAB, which after studying complex variables this quarter, sounds really interesting. In addition, I look forward to contacting Art Conservationists about my personal project, as advised by my Art History professor and also increasing the dataset for the same by collecting more artworks.

For the winter break, I am looking forward to learning Data Analysis in Python and the selecting another topic of interest for next quarter to do another personal project but this time, in Python.
